Ship Wreckage

Destroyed ships leave wreckage in the sector. You can loot what survived. Rig can recover build materials. Armed ships can fire until nothing remains.

Loot

You can scan wreckage to see if it has inventory that survived the destruction. Any ship can loot that inventory.

Recover

Rig can recover original building resources from wreckage.

Fire

Armed ships can fire on wreckage to destroy it. Inventory on the wreckage is lost.

Time

Wreckage stays for a while then decays. Self-destruct leaves wreckage too.
